About Us

Fraud-Victims Compensation (FVC) Network

Who We Are

The Fraud-Victims Compensation (FVC) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to supporting victims of fraud. We provide practical recovery support, financial assistance, and emotional guidance to help people rebuild their lives after being duped, scammed, or exploited.

We are not just an organization — we are a movement of compassion, justice, and resilience.

Our Story

From the UK to Africa

FCEN was founded in the United Kingdom, where we began helping victims who had lost money through online scams, fraudulent investments, and cybercrime.

As the problem of fraud grew globally, we saw an urgent need to expand. Africa, with its vibrant markets but rising cases of online fraud and financial scams, became a natural focus for our mission.

Today, we are proud to serve communities across South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and beyond — bringing hope and real solutions to people who thought they had lost everything.

What We Do

  • Funds Recovery Support – Helping victims report, track, and reclaim what was lost.

  • Compensation Program – Offering up to $100,000 USD in financial assistance to verified victims.

  • Business Rebuilding – Assisting entrepreneurs and small businesses affected by scams to get back on their feet.

  • Education & Awareness – Running workshops and campaigns to prevent fraud before it happens.

  • Emotional & Legal Guidance – Standing with victims every step of the way.

💬 “We don’t just fight fraud — we rebuild lives.”

Our Vision for Africa

We believe in an Africa where:

  • Victims of fraud have a voice and a path to justice.

  • Small businesses can recover quickly from losses.

  • Communities are educated to recognize and stop scams.

  • Financial systems are stronger, safer, and more transparent.

Over the next 5 years, Fraud-Victims Compensation (FVC) plans to:

  • Expand support centers across major African cities.

  • Train local fraud-awareness ambassadors.

  • Partner with governments, banks, and NGOs to strengthen victim protection.
